WE DO NOT SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect and use the following personal information: real name, alias, address, phone number, driver license, signature, SSN, insurance info, education, employment, passport, birthdate, age, race, sex, banking, debit and credit card numbers, vehicle registration, plate and VIN records, records of personal property, products or services purchased, administrative and other government citations, business license records, DUI records, jail booking records, medical info. and other personal identifiers.

HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect most of this personal information from our clients, directly from you by telephone, in person, text or email, from our payment website and social media. However, we may also collect information from publicly accessible sources, property records, the DMV, and other third parties such as skip tracing providers, USPS, mail vendors and third parties contacted during skip tracing.

WHY WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use your personal information in performing services on behalf of our clients, including maintaining and collecting on accounts, providing customer service, processing transactions and payments, verifying consumer information, identifying consumers, and processing consumer disputes.

WHO WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH
We routinely share personal information with service providers we use to help deliver our services to you or our clients, such as letter vendors, skip tracing vendors, IT software providers, insurance companies, our clients, other third parties who help us run our business such as website hosts, other third party payment providers, credit reporting agencies, IT phone vendors, Federal or State governmental agencies such as the CFPB, state attorney generals, our attorneys, accountants, insurers and brokers and our bank. We do not sell personal information.

CONSUMER PRIVACY RIGHTS
Beginning January 1, 2020, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California resident consumers have a right to: know what personal information is being collected about them, access the personal information collected, request with certain exceptions that it be deleted, know whether their personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom, opt out of the sale of their information, receive equal service if they exercise their rights, and sue for a data breach.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
By law, you may only make a data request twice within a 12 month period and our response will only cover personal information collected within the previous 12 months. Deletion requests are subject to various legal exceptions which may affect your request.

When contacting us, please provide enough information to allow us to identify you such as the full name on the account, account number, address, last 4 of your SSN, date of birth, etc. As part of the verification process, those with common names or certain circumstances may be required to provide further documentation (driver's license copy, etc.) to prove their identity. This helps prevent identity theft.
